Now you can check issues related to your bills via dialing 1200 from your landline. YOU can now check last outstanding bill via IVR. Please note the following things to avoid any inconvenience.

Customer Information:

1. Customer can now pay their telephone bill 24/7 through PTCL bill payment cards from any telephone.

2. You company your PTCL bills at all Banks, Post Office, NADRA kiosks, and PTCL’s one stop shop

3. You may also pay your bills through Debit cards, Credit cards, Direct Debit ATM’s, Drop boxes(Selected banks/branches) and internet banking.

4. Please pay within due date to avoid arrears and disconnection. Kindly note that cheques require a minimum of 4 days clearance time.

5. Please use your telephone and other service responsibly to avoid temporary or permanent termination of service.

6. Foe all issues and complaints against your bill, kindly call 1236 or visit our one stop shop and customer care centers in your vicinity.
